Physiotherapy with neurological disorders such as stroke (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage), MS or Parkinson, focuses on relearning lost functions and to prevent the loss of function or deterioration. With neurological disorders problems such as weakness, spasticity, coordination problems, paralysis, balance problems, muscle shortening, joint stiffening, numbness and difficulty concentrating can occur. Sometimes there is also talk of behavioral changes and problems understanding that hinder or increase the difficulty with which you can move. Depending on the request for help and the examination, your physiotherapist, together with you, will determine where the focus of the treatment will be situated so that you can continue with your life with your new limits and opportunities.
